Dutch Origin was established in 2001 by Joost Erkelens.
Joost has been a skilled trainer and consultant in the Service & Hospitality industry since 1997. Leveraging his experience at Disney, he has collaborated with leading Dutch companies to innovate their service offerings since then.
In 2021, he published a book that makes his methodology accessible to a wide audience. Various professionals in the field operate under the Dutch Origin name using this method. Since then, numerous partners have been licensed and contribute to developing a robust industry.
